Package & Warranty

The single-battery option lists one Renogy Core 24V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery and one user manual. The accessories list also specifies two M8 long terminal bolts. Other packs and bundles vary according to the selected option.

Listed manufacturer warranty: five-year prorated material and workmanship warranty, subject to manufacturer terms.

Installation & Charging

Use a LiFePO4-compatible solar charge controller, DC-DC charger or AC-DC charger matched to your battery-bank voltage and charging requirements. Self-heating does not remove the need to follow the battery's temperature limits.

Use the same battery model with similar capacity when connecting batteries together. Do not mix chemistries, capacities, nominal voltages, brands or models. Two batteries in series support a nominal 48V system; follow the manufacturer-approved wiring and protection requirements.

The supplied installation guidance calls for 1.97–3.94 in (50–100mm) of clearance above the battery and at least 7.87 in (200mm) on the busbar side. Confirm placement and clearance in the model-specific manual.

For a 2S2P bank, the supplied FAQ recommends rebalancing battery voltages every six months by temporarily connecting the batteries in parallel. Follow the manufacturer's procedure and connection precautions rather than rewiring an energized system.

Monitoring

This battery does not support a Bluetooth module. A separate 500A battery monitor with shunt, sold separately, can be used to monitor battery status.
